What does FCLN-RAPC stand for?

The acronym, FCLN-RAPC, stands for our organization’s legal name, Filipino Canadian Lawyers Network - Réseau des avocats philippino-canadiens.

What does FCLN-RAPC do?

Our mandate is to connect and support Filipino Canadians in the legal community, specifically Canadian and new Canadian licensees in the legal profession.

How can I become a member?

Who can become a member?

We encourage any self-identifying Filipino Canadian working in the legal community to join our membership. We are an inclusive and diverse organization committed to enhancing EDI initiatives within the legal community.

Why do you charge a membership fee?

We charge a membership fee to maintain operations and hold events, both virtually and in-person. Our board contributes their time on a voluntary basis only.

Where does my membership money go?

Your annual membership fees go to assist us with organizational costs, such as maintaining this website, compliance and assisting us to attend and host events of interest to our members and the greater Filipino Canadian community.

How can I get involved?

First, make sure your membership is up-to-date. Then fill out our volunteer page, if you haven’t already, or reach out to a board member to get involved. If you’re from an unrepresented province or territory and you’d like to get involved on the board, please contact the President.
